The Donation of Supplies Is Key to the Mission of the Diabetes Foundation

Sharing what you no longer need will save lives.

We collect unused, unopened, and unexpired test strips, KetoStix, glucose meters, lancing devices, and other essential diabetes supplies for redistribution to individuals living with diabetes.

All donated items are provided free of charge to people who would otherwise go without these life-saving tools.

  • Glucose Meters
  • Glucose Test Strips
  • KetoStix
  • Lancing Devices & Lancets
  • Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) Supplies
  • Insulin Pump Infusion Sets
  • Glucagon

Note: If an item does not have an expiration date, we can accept it up to five years from the manufacturing date.

Please remember to remove all prescription (RX) labels before donating.
