Apple Crisp

Yields1 Serving
 Nonstick Cooking Spray
 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
 2 tbsp margarine (softened)
 ½ tsp ground nutmeg
 5 cups apples (peeled, sliced, about 5 apples)
 ¼ cup packed brown sugar
 ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick cooking)
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375° F. Coat a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, fl our, oats, margarine, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Blend with a fork untilmoistened (mixture should be crumbly).

Layer apples in a pan and sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly over top. Bake 30 minutes.
