The 42nd Porsche Raffle FAQs

WHAT ARE THE RAFFLE RULES?  No refunds or substitutions will be given after the date of the drawing.  No substitutions or cash in lieu of prize.  Void where prohibited.  All taxes, fees, etc. are the responsibility of the winner.  Diabetes Foundation, Inc. is a 501c3 Charitable Organization.

WHAT CAN MY WINNING BE USED TOWARDS?  Your gift certificate can be used towards a new, pre-owned or custom Porsche. Other purchase options such as paying off your lease may be possible. The gift certificate excludes GT3/RS model vehicles.

DO YOU HAVE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD? You can purchase a ticket(s) with a credit card or a check. Checks not cashed will be returned to sender. Checks must be received by January 8, 2025. Online sales need to be made by January 10, 2025 by 11:59 pm.

DO ALL 4,000 TICKETS NEED TO BE SOLD TO HOLD THE DRAWING?  No.  We will hold the drawing with as many tickets that are sold at the time of the drawing.

HOW WILL I GET MY TICKET(S)? Tickets will be emailed to you within 72 hours of receipt of your payment.

WHAT TAXES ARE DUE IF YOU WIN? The winner is responsible for all taxes of any kind, including but not limited to licensing, registration fees, title, bill of sale, transportation fees and all import taxes with foreign governments.  Please contact your local government Bureau of Taxation for specific details and costs.

DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER? In order to contact you if you won the car, having your phone number as well as your email address helps us communicate the good news to you more quickly.
