Understanding Diabetes – Diabetes Awareness Month Session

The Diabetes Foundation invites you to join us on the first day of Diabetes Awareness Month for “Understanding Diabetes, Complications and Coping. ” This class is for you to gain insights and solutions to help you better manage your diabetes.

Gain tools to:

  • Understand your type of diabetes
  • Understand why Self-Management is important in long term diabetes care
  • List the short and long term complications of diabetes that may occur
  • Review ways to help yourself (or ways to get help!) when feeling anxious, stressed or depressed about diabetes

Join from the comfort of home through Zoom on Saturday, November 1st, 10AM EST. Registration closes on 10/31 at 4:30pm.
