Health Educator Volunteer

Where: New Jersey 

Join our team in the field and play an important role in delivering our accredited diabetes education programs to communities across New Jersey. As a Health Education Volunteer, you will be able to directly provide education during classes and outreach events.

Volunteers will assist with a variety of tasks, including: 

• Directly provide diabetes and nutrition education to the community across NJ

• Use PowerPoint presentations and materials  

• Distributing and explaining flyers and educational resources to attendees  

• Support general coordination  

• Assisting with event breakdown and clean-up  

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community health education, work directly with professionals in the field, and make a meaningful impact in diabetes awareness and prevention. 

Qualifications Needed:

• Health Certification required
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
