Description: *Training Required* Our health literacy initiative is designed to advance health equity by helping individuals find, understand, and use vital health information. By simplifying complex health topics in a poster and video format, this program will empower people to make informed decisions and take meaningful steps toward better health. Our health literacy volunteers will help us expand this initiative across New Jersey by visiting food pantries, pitching the program to them and acquiring partnerships. Your work will help us get important diabetes information into the communities that need it most!
