This all-inclusive class focuses on physical activity for all types of diabetes.
You will learn:
- Benefits of physical activity and the types of physical activity
- Common barriers to physical activity for people with Type 2
- Deeper dive into how blood sugar can be impacted by activity
- How and why activity may impact insulin needs
- How to prepare for physical activity if you are Type 1 or insulin dependent Type 2
- Safety and physical activity for all types of diabetes
