Turkey with Cranberry Sauce

 2 turkey legs
 2 tsp unsalted butter
 ¾ cup cranberries
 4 tbsp brown sugar
 Zest of 1/2 orange
 2 tbsp orange juice
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 ½ cup water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place turkey legs in a baking pan.

Spread 1 tsp of butter on each of the legs.

Roast uncovered for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the legs are gold brown.

Mix water, orange juice, orange zest, sugar, cranberries, and cinnamon in a pot over medium heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

When turkey legs are finished, plate and pour 1/2 cup of sauce on top.
