Free or Affordable Insulin Pumps
If you have diabetes, insulin pumps are small, computerized devices (about the size of a small cell phone) that you wear on your belt or put in your pocket that allow for a continuous flow of insulin to be released into your body.
If your Dr. has recommended an insulin pump therapy for you and you meet the eligibility requirements below, the CR3 Diabetes Association offers substantially discounted recertified Medtronic insulin pump models 530G, 630G and 670G.
- If you are uninsured
- If you are under insured (which means that your yearly deductible is unattainable)
- Household income is less than $60,000
- If your physician has recommended insulin pump therapy for you
