Endocrinologists specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the pancreas such as diabetes. You should seek the care of an endocrinologist if:
- You are recently diagnosed with diabetes and need to learn how to manage it
- You do not have experience treating your diabetes
- Insulin dependent
- Using a pump

- Your treatment is not working
