VISIONS OF HOPE
Held each year as our largest in-person fundraiser, sponsorship opportunities from a Participant Table option to Platinum elite packages will afford interested sponsors with the opportunity for superior recognition while providing the Diabetes Foundation with the opportunity to provide A1C screenings, accredited education, insulin and social support groups statewide, and within communities with the highest diabetes prevalence in New Jersey.

COMMUNITY FOOD PROJECT
Food insecurity, nutrition, and health are closely connected. Poor nutrition increases when living on a fixed or low income, struggling with food insecurity, unemployed, on government assistance or living with disability, putting these individuals at risk for chronic conditions.
EQUITABLE HEALTH INITIATIVE
Social and environmental barriers to care — transportation, insurance, proper food and shelter, health literacy, economic, educational, and occupational — are drivers of health disparities, making it a necessity to work within communities building trust, encouraging care and providing support.
T1D MANAGEMENT
Type 1 Diabetes is escalating at an alarming rate. Rapid complications occur when diabetes goes unmanaged. Screenings, diabetes education and resources are critical tools that support long-term health outcomes and quality of life.
