Health Literacy Education Initiative – Partner Training Webinar

Join the Diabetes Foundation for a free partner training webinar designed to equip your organization with the knowledge and tools to better serve individuals living with or at risk of diabetes. In this session, you will learn about the diabetes epidemic in New Jersey, the free services and resources available through the Diabetes Foundation, and how to confidently refer your guests or clients to screenings, education, and care. We will also highlight how to help individuals access free or affordable services to support their ongoing diabetes care.

Whether you serve a food pantry, senior center, FQHC, or community organization, this training will help your team become a stronger link in the pathway to diabetes care.
