Salmon Salad

 1 celery - chopped
 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
 ¼ cup dill pickle- finely chopped
 5 oz salmon (2/3 cup cooked salmon)
 1 tbsp capers drained
 ¼ cup greek or plain yogurt
 1 tbsp mayonaise
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 ¼ tsp kosher salt & ground black pepper

Prepare celery, red onion, and dill pickle.

Drain the salmon and place in a medium bowl: crush it lightly with a fork

Add the chopped vegetables, capers, greek yogurt, mayo, dijon mustard, and kosher salt. Stir to combine.

Store up to 3 days refrigerated
